Terrible month for penny stocks

Speculation mood is affected by the questioned penny stocks.

Dukang - drops to one year low $0.32 after 3Q news release of profit down more than 60%.... hold.

Vard - Brazil business issue, drops to $0.80... hold.

Wee Hur - still staying low at $0.32-0.33 though profit result not bad.... buy.

Vallianz - just secured big contracts USD150 million in middle east. By charting, it has broken thru record high $0.92... buy for new new high for short term !!!

Though penny stocks are in pressure since the questioned one dumbled 50-80% recently, buy Dukang at 0.40-0.41 support level.

Noble - retreats back below $1 after rebouncing high at $1.08 ... Buy !

Vard - consolidating at 0.88, hold for moving to last high 0.96.
